Caitlin is the daughter of Shirley (British, Irish, and French heritage) and Sheldon (West African, Native, and West Indies heritage) Cromwell. She was born in Vancouver B.C., but she grew up all across Canada. Her father worked for the railway, which meant that her family moved every couple of years. She is proud to have been to every province in Canada and to have lived in five. Caitlin began acting in grade school productions in an attempt to overcome her shyness as a child; it worked and she has been hooked on acting since grade four. She started out in the business professionally as a model with Elite in Toronto in her teens and branched into acting professionally when she moved back to Vancouver.Caitlin graduated from the University of British Columbia with her B.A. in English Literature in 2011. She went for her English Literature degree because she is an avid reader and loves to write. She is very athletic, her favorite sports are: snowboarding (she lived in Whistler B.C. for a year to fulfill a dream of being a ski bum), and surfing (surf bum dream fulfilled in Bali for a couple months), and yoga, and running. When she is not acting Caitlin spends her time cooking for family and friends, and planning her next travel adventure around the world. Hide
